What invited testers can expect

These terms supplement the Waitlist Terms and apply only if we invite you to the private beta and you accept them. The beta is pre-release software provided so a limited group can identify defects, test workflows and give feedback before launch.

Eligibility and access

  • You must be at least 18 and use only your own invitation and account.
  • Access is personal, limited and may be changed, paused or withdrawn where reasonably necessary for security, testing, capacity, misuse or legal compliance.
  • Features, data formats, calculations and availability may change during testing. Beta access does not guarantee that a feature will launch or remain available.

Your testing responsibilities

  • Use only records and information that you own or are authorised to use.
  • Review important figures against source records and report material discrepancies.
  • Keep an independent copy of records you need; do not rely on the beta as your only record.
  • Do not probe, disrupt, overload, bypass access controls, share access or introduce malicious content.
  • Do not include passwords, secret keys or unnecessary personal information in feedback or support messages.

Feedback and privacy

You keep ownership of your data and feedback. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt and incorporate feedback into the product, provided the feedback is not presented publicly as your endorsement without permission. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Notice shown when you access the beta. A positive review, referral or public post is never required.

Tester reward

If you participate in the testing period, you will receive a fixed three months of Trader access when the product launches. No payment method or automatic charge is required. The access ends without charge after three months unless you separately choose to buy a plan. The reward has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred.

Pre-release limitations

The beta may contain defects, produce incomplete results or be unavailable. It does not hold funds or virtual items, execute trades, or provide financial, tax, accounting, investment or legal advice. You remain responsible for decisions, source-record checks and records you are required to keep.

Incidents, suspension and ending the beta

Report suspected security or privacy incidents promptly to support@csportfoliomanager.com. We may suspend access while investigating a risk or breach. You may stop testing at any time, and we may end the beta or your access on reasonable notice unless immediate action is needed for security, misuse or legal compliance.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Scottish law governs these terms, without removing mandatory rights or court protections available to consumers where they live.
