Terms for joining the waitlist

These terms are an agreement between you and CSPORTFOLIOMANAGER LTD, company number SC897191, registered in Scotland. Contact us at support@csportfoliomanager.com. By submitting and confirming a waitlist request, you agree to these terms.

Who may join

You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to these terms and provide an email address that belongs to you or that you are authorised to use. The information you submit must be accurate. Do not submit another person’s details or use automated, deceptive or disruptive methods to join.

What joining means

The waitlist records your request for relevant updates. It does not create a product account or subscription, require a purchase, reserve a price, establish queue priority, guarantee an invitation or give you access to the software. There is no fee to join.

Emails and leaving

After you confirm your email, we may send the waitlist, private-beta and launch messages described beside the form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing will not affect rights that already arose under these terms.

Private-beta consideration

Volunteering for the private beta is optional. We currently intend to invite 10–30 testers and may consider the broad size ranges supplied, the mix of testers needed and our capacity to support testing. We make the selection decision and do not guarantee a place, a particular date or continued access. If invited, you must separately accept the Closed Beta Terms before taking part.

Tester reward

An invited tester who accepts the Closed Beta Terms and participates in the testing period will receive a fixed three months of Trader access when the product launches. No payment method, automatic charge, positive review, referral or public post is required. The access ends without charge after three months unless the tester separately chooses to buy a plan. The reward has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred.

Timing and changes

Dates and availability shown on the waitlist are current plans, not guarantees. We may change the planned testing or launch timetable, the number of invitations or waitlist operation for security, legal, capacity or product reasons. We will update the public wording and give reasonable notice where a change materially affects confirmed participants.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control or by relying on a planned date or an invitation that has not been issued.

Ending participation, complaints and law

You may leave the waitlist at any time. We may reject or remove fraudulent, abusive, duplicate or unauthorised submissions and may stop operating the waitlist. Complaints can be sent to our support email. Scottish law governs these terms, but this does not remove mandatory rights or court protections available to consumers where they live.
